"Prof" hesitatingly unlocked his traveling bag in our hotel quarters. The three of us who were members of the college debating team looked at each other uneasily. There was an unspoken feeling that "Prof" was opening the bag for something he wouldn't find.
Finally he jerked the bag open, ran his hand through it, and turned to us with the air of getting an unpleasant confession over in a hurry. "Boys, I forgot to pack it!"
"You mean our card files of rebuttal material?" I asked.
