Perhaps one has been heard to say, "I am up against a blank wall; I can see no way out." Many of us have probably been in a quandary such as this one. In Christian Science we learn that there is always a way out. This way is found through an awakening from the material sense of existence to the reality of being— to the spiritual sense of life.
Throughout the Bible and the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy, we are urged to awake to the spiritual facts of existence: the goodness and allness of God. Such awakening brings the assurance that God's presence and power are available to all.
Christian Science has come to this age with the glorious tidings that God is Love. He creates only loveliness, and He is the only creator. Discords, therefore, have no real existence, but are mortal beliefs, which are destroyed by divine Truth and Love. In God's perfect universe, intelligence is forever unfolding beauty, harmony, satisfaction. In Love's universe there is no bondage, no enslavement to material laws, no hindrance to progressive unfoldment.
