After more than sixteen years made joyous and fruitful through the study of Christian Science I should like to express my gratitude. In addition to many instances of protection and guidance, I have had numerous physical healings.
I was healed of semi-invalidism which had caused me to remain in bed a considerable portion of the time for over a year. At this time I was attending a Church of Christ, Scientist, with my husband, who was a member of The Mother Church as well as of a branch church. But I was not a member, nor was I ready to rely entirely on Christian Science treatment for healing.
I submitted to a medical examination. After following the prescribed medical treatment for some time, but without results, I decided to turn wholeheartedly to Christian Science. My decision to rely entirely on Christian Science brought rapid progress. My mental attitude completely changed, and gradually, through the prayerful help of a Christian Science practitioner, I was able to dismiss the latent fear that a material organ could either give life or take it away.
