I should like to express my gratitude for the many healings and the protection I have had through the study and application of Christian Science. I am very grateful for the unfoldment each day of a little more understanding of the allness of God.
I should like to share with others a healing I had. I awakened before morning in great pain, struggling to get my breath. Even as I awakened, I found myself saying, "God is my Life, and my life is in God and cannot be lost; for Life is eternal!"
The joyous thought came to me that this was an opportunity to make a demonstration. I wanted to call a Christian Science practitioner, but I could not reach the telephone beside my bed. Then I tried to reach for my books, the Bible and Science and Health, which were on the other side of the bed, but I could not do so. My whole body was incapable of movement. I had no voice to call my daughter, who was in the next room.
