KNOWING WHAT TO DO

From the October 1960 issue of The Christian Science Journal

A woman once called a Christian Science practitioner and said: "I don't know what to do. I can't get out of bed."

The practitioner replied: "You do know what to do. You can think rightly concerning yourself instead of feeling sorry for yourself. You can know that you are God's child, that God is divine Mind, and that Mind is the source of all action; therefore, the only action really going on is right action."

The reply came, "That doesn't do me any good!"
