MAKE EACH DAY COUNT

From the February 1961 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Is each day a challenge, a joy, a blessing, and an unfoldment? It can be and will be to each of us as he comprehends and demonstrates more fully Mrs. Eddy's definition of "day" in the Glossary of Science and Health (p. 584):

"The irradiance of Life; light, the spiritual idea of Truth and Love.

" 'And the evening and the morning were the first day.' (Genesis i. 5.) The objects of time and sense disappear in the illumination of spiritual understanding, and Mind measures time according to the good that is unfolded. This unfolding is God's day, and 'there shall be no night there.' "
