The Christian Science Board of Directors announces the appointment of Alan A. Aylwin, C.S.B., of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, as Associate Editor of The Christian Science Journal, the Christian Science Sentinel, and The Herald of Christian Science, effective June 1, 1967.

Mr. Aylwin received his education in the public schools of Toronto, with further studies in English and public speaking. He served in accounting and supervisory positions in Canadian industry until entering the public practice of Christian Science in 1953.

He was enrolled in the Christian Science Sunday School at the age of nine. In 1934 he received Primary class instruction. He became a teacher of Christian Science in 1961 after having had Normal class instruction. A member of First Church of Christ, Scientist, Toronto, he has served as First Reader and as a member of its executive board.
