It is with gratitude and much love for our revered Leader, Mrs. Eddy, that I offer this testimony.
In my study of Mrs. Eddy's writings the following has been a leading point in Christian Science (Science and Health, p. 111): "The Principle of divine metaphysics is God; the practice of divine metaphysics is the utilization of the power of Truth over error; its rules demonstrate its Science." Jesus said (Matt. 5:48), "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect." Having this authorization, mankind may go forth to work out their salvation.
Over twenty years ago the power of a right understanding of Scriptural truths aided me in overcoming a physical condition pronounced fibroid tumor of the uterus by the doctor who gave me an examination after childbirth in a hospital. This pronouncement was frightening to me.
