Just as a Psalm says (40:10), "I have not hid thy righteousness within my heart; I have declared thy faithfulness and thy salvation: I have not concealed thy lovingkindness and thy truth from the great congregation." I have spoken of it constantly in the five years that I have been studying Christian Science, and I have often spoken of it to the friends in the church at Wednesday testimony meetings. Christian Science gave me an understanding of God as Love, and it answered all my questions and dissipated all my doubts. Christ set my feet upon the Rock of Ages.
Our entire family has found help and strength in Christian Science. I was not worried when my husband's company failed, because I had learned to depend upon God, Spirit, as the source of all good. In those moments the Bible and the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, were our faithful friends. My husband and I read continually, and we talked for hours at a time about the certainty, inspiration, and pure spiritual understanding of Mrs. Eddy's book. Our admiration and gratitude for her work continue unchanged. Through our growing reliance upon God our needs have been met.
In our family we have had many healings through Christian Science. The children accepted it with interest and confidence. One of these healings occurred during the Christmas holidays two years ago.
