Does Age Really Make a Difference?

There is no age and no recognition of age in the true concept of Church. As an eternal, spiritual idea, Church is firmly based in divine Mind. Its structure is complete, the ever-unfolding idea of Love and Truth, in which there is no beginning and no end, no birth and no death.

How can this be applied today to some of the questions on age raised in The Church of Christ, Scientist—the institution that represents the eternal, spiritual Church in human experience?

Mary Baker Eddy writes, "The seed of Christian Science, which when sown was 'the least of all seeds,' has sprung up, borne fruit, and the birds of the air, the uplifted desires of the human heart, have lodged in its branches." Miscellaneous Writings, p. 356;
