Christian Science is such a practical religion for everyday living. A few years of Christian Science Sunday School training opened my eyes to the Christly way, and I knew this was what I wanted. This religion proved to be a preventive of troubles in my early years of study. After marriage and the beginning of home and a family, I suddenly awoke to the need for sincere digging into the Bible, and Science and Health and the other writings of Mrs. Eddy, in order to have this religion meet my daily needs.
In the succeeding years, the demonstrations of God's law were varied and numerous. I shall always be grateful for the ever-present help of the Christ Science in raising our children. In some instances diseases generally accepted for children were healed in a couple of days. Other difficulties quickly met included flu, stings from a swarm of wasps, a broken toe, and numerous physical discords never given names. The recognition of God's gift of infinite good as the true source of supply was beautifully proven in meeting business difficulties.
Each demonstration helps to build up our treasure of understanding, and with regular study of the weekly Bible Lesson we find ourselves prepared for any challenge coming our way.
