The Christian Science Board of Directors is pleased to announce the election of Corinne LaBarre, C.S.B., as Clerk of The Mother Church.
Miss LaBarre succeeds George W. Led better, C. S. B., who passed on recently. Mr. Ledbetter gave valuable service to our Cause in California, and in various key positions at The Mother Church since 1965. He became Clerk in October 1973.
As Clerk of The Mother Church, Miss LaBarre also assumes management of the Clerk's Group of departments. This group comprises the Department of Branches and Practitioners, the Department of Care, and the International Department, in addition to the Clerk's Department.
