I'm grateful to share a healing that took place in our family in 1953. At that time I knew nothing of Christian Science. Our little son had asthma. We were told to take him to a warmer climate. So we did. After arriving there I realized how right it was for us to take the trip, for at our destination I found this wonderful religion, Christian Science.
We went to a Christian Science lecture for the first time. It was very inspiring. I realized then that our son would be healed.
We returned to our home city about a week after the lecture. Our son coughed repeatedly, and it was hard for him to breathe naturally. We immediately called a Christian Science practitioner for an appointment and took our son to her home. The practitioner treated the child, and he stopped coughing before we left her home. The result of the treatment through prayer was that he had a perfect healing.
