An automated church?

It's natural for Christian Scientists to want to be up to date. They may wonder how modern their churches are. After seeing the exhibit called the Hall of Presidents at Disney World, I asked myself the fanciful question, "Could we automate church?"

For a few moments my imagination ran wild. Suppose we had automatons for Readers, like those representing the presidents at Disney World. Those are perfect replicas of former presidents— even their voices recall glories of days gone by. Technology could give us flawless speakers—every word perfect.

Then my dream-bubble burst!
