Testimonies of Healing

With conviction I can answer the question...

From the March 1981 issue of The Christian Science Journal

With conviction I can answer the question, "What about broken bones? Can God heal them?" He can—perfectly.

My husband and I were painting our house when I fell from the ladder to the sidewalk below. I managed to get up and go inside, even though one of my legs was badly injured and my shoulder was dislocated.

I knew I had a choice to make. The injured leg appeared to be fractured, so I needed to decide whether to have the leg and shoulder set by a surgeon, or to lean entirely on divine Love for healing. With some trepidation I decided to trust God. My husband became my gentle nurse and cared for the wound and my other physical needs. His mother, who lived with us, attended to the household chores.
