Several years ago, my parents were notified that our home would have to be demolished in three years to make way for a new freeway. Within a few weeks after this news, my father found another home and made an offer to purchase it, which was accepted. The funds from our current home’s sale would be needed to purchase the new home.
To human sense, finding a buyer for a home that was going to be torn down in three years would seem difficult, even at a drastically reduced price. My parents asked a Christian Science practitioner to pray for us, knowing that spiritual sense brings to consciousness the light of divine Principle, which harmoniously governs every situation.
