My eldest sister gave me Christian Science when I was a teen-ager. I had three wonderful years as a pupil in The Mother Church Sunday School and joined The Mother Church at the end of that time.

I received a phone call early one evening. A neighbor identified herself and said that my son had been hit by a car and he was being removed from the scene by ambulance to the hospital.
