"RISE UP AND WALK"

From the October 1939 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Rise up and walk, my brother;
It is the mist of doubt
That dims discernment and would shut
Your real dominion out.

Rise up and walk—Love's image
Is straight and strong and true;
Unfailing strength is ever yours—
This seeming is not you.

Before you call, the Father
Has answered every need;
Rise up and claim your heritage—
You are His son indeed.

Rise up—go forth with knowing
You walk in wisdom's might;
The sun of Truth is clear and high
To guide your feet aright.
