Although I am nearly two thousand miles from my own church, I should like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for the help that I have received from Christian Science.
I have now been attending Christian Science church services for the past twenty-three years, and during this period have had numerous demonstrations of the healing power of Truth. The demonstrations I have made have been not only in connection with sickness, but also in connection with my school and work problems, and in addition I have received guidance in the many sporting activities in which I have taken part. One passage has always been the foundation of my work: Science and Health 113:16-32. This passage is very easy to understand.
I should like to say how grateful I am for the assistance which I have received from my mother. She has guided me through many problems and difficulties, and except for this guidance my knowledge of Christian Science would be considerably less. I attended the Sunday School for a number of years, and I am very grateful for the knowledge which I gained there.
