Our first healing, nearly thirty years ago, was that of a serious illness of our baby daughter. The attending physicians could not diagnose it and were unable to help her. We then turned to Christian Science, and a practitioner was called. Through her help, the healing took place in a very short time. After that our family began the study of Christian Science and has since experienced God's help and protection in many wonderful ways. Through complete reliance on Christian Science, we have had healings of blood poisoning, severe burns, scarlet fever, and children's minor ailments.
I was healed of tonsillitis and of quinsy, which doctors had said could not be healed permanently except through surgery. These chronic ailments, which had recurred every year, were permanently healed over twenty six years ago.
We found Christian Science to be efficacious in cases not only of sickness, but of troubled business affairs. I am sure that every step of progress in my business experience is directly traceable to the application of this truth to each business problem as it arose.
