All the uncertainty, complications, complexities, and distresses of human existence can be traced to the belief in more than one Mind. We should not deceive ourselves or allow ourselves to be deceived in regard to the oneness and allness of infinite Mind.
Job declared of God, "He is in one mind, and who can turn him?" Job 23:13; Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health: "God is Mind, and God is infinite; hence all is Mind. On this statement rests the Science of being, and the Principle of this Science is divine, demonstrating harmony and immortality." Science and Health, p. 492;
Ideas of the divine Mind evidence the very presence of that Mind. In proportion as the individual entertains these ideas, the beliefs of sin, sickness, and death, which inhere in a so-called mind apart from God, find no response, presence, or lodgment.
