I am writing this testimony in sincere gratitude for the happiness and well-being Christian Science has brought me through the earnest application of its truths.
Over the past thirty years I have used these truths from the Bible, and from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. Also, the thorough study of Mrs. Eddy's other writings, including the Manual of The Mother Church, has blessed me in many ways. We read in the Manual (Art. XVII, Sect. 2): "Gratitude and love should abide in every heart each day of all the years."
In the Bible we read (Matt. 6:33): "Seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." Truly, God's promises have been kept, for as we read in Joel (2: 25): "I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten." These statements have been proved to me.
