We are not actually helpless pawns in economic systems that are often in disarray, with supply and demand unstable and out of balance. Such systems do not depict reality. This is the fact: We are subject only to the divine economy— God's system of administration—by which His whole spiritual universe is controlled in accordance with divine Principle.
How can we assist in the healing of widespread financial disturbances? By expressing the harmony of God's creation, and understanding His spiritual ideas. God, infinite Mind, is always "managing" every aspect of His creation in perfect harmony, with sufficiency in every detail.
Prayerful work for the resolving of human economic problems should not become bogged down in a search for possible material or personal causes. Helplessness tends to attribute to discordant situations and conditions what they can never possess—namely, origin and permanence.
