Christian Science healing exposes the speciousness of matter's claim to existence. This Science, to the degree it is understood, dependably enables us to demonstrate a great fact: that God, Spirit, fully constitutes all reality and constantly causes man to be Godlike, spiritual, and good.
But who has entirely demonstrated the facts that underlie spiritual healing? And how many of those who have experienced healing then yield their lives unreservedly to God to further this most humanitarian—this peerlessly compassionate and practical—Science? Too few, perhaps. Small wonder, then, that mankind in general seems determined to settle for the material, superficial sense of things.
Nevertheless, because no material position is tenable, it is possible to halt the march of materialism, force its retreat, and progressively prove that Spirit is All and that matter is really a false, changeable, materially mental concept. How can this immense task be accomplished?
