The lecture is over.
But the essence of the gift
is still with us.
The vision that it gave
(the mount where it led—
so gently, powerfully, expertly)
awakened us to reality,
lifted us to infinitude,
stirred us to healing!
The deed is past. Yet
the Christ presence, like
the healing, remains.
