Church Bulletin Board

From the February 1990 issue of The Christian Science Journal

Whether at a shopping mall, on a college campus, or in the foyer of a church, a bulletin board is a great place for people to share information. You can learn a lot about an active community from reading local bulletin boards. We hope you'll enjoy this bulletin board and feel encouraged to join in and share experiences.

I've been much troubled for some time about the welfare of children. In fact, this has concerned me so much that I recently started noting problems and cases that I had learned about through the news. A list of nearly thirty situations wasn't difficult to compile. Children all over the world need our help and our prayer.

I turned to the Bible and to the teachings of Christian Science in order to find specific spiritual truths that would support my prayer and work to bring healing and improvement in children's lives.
