I learned about Christian Science in college, where I met my future wife, who was already a Christian Scientist. Our family has been blessed by many healings. Here is one of them.
One day shortly after I came back to the house after working in the horse barn, I began to feel a skin inflammation, which became severe the next day and soon covered my whole body. It was difficult to move. The problem was so distracting that I wasn’t able to sleep much. It continued this way for about a week.
At some point I called a Christian Science practitioner to pray for me. I do not remember what we discussed at first, but I do remember reading passages in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy and being very inspired by them.
