Fifteen years of patience

From the October 2025 issue of The Christian Science Journal

When I was teaching a master’s degree program in marketing, I felt strongly that the degree’s curriculum would be greatly improved by adding a new course in marketing statistics. I wrote a proposal to create this course, which was accepted by my university and later added as a required course for that degree.

I taught that course 18 times over a 12-year period. During this time, since I could not find a single textbook that focused entirely on marketing statistics, I decided to create worksheets that could be used by my students.

Whenever I prayed this way, in every case, the words came clearly to me about what to write next.
