Testimonies of Healing
When I was a young woman, I went to New York City to pursue an acting and singing career. I had become interested in Christian Science when I was a teenager, so I had attended a Christian Science Sunday School, which I loved, for a few years.
I Am Very Grateful for Christian Science and for the many healings I have experienced during my life. Although our family of eight experienced countless Christian Science healings when I was growing up, when I was in my early twenties there was a period of five years when I was not practicing this scientific truth.
Christian Science Has been such a blessing to me for over sixty years that I cannot delay any longer recording a few of the many healings I have experienced. I am immensely grateful that I was enrolled in the Christian Science Sunday School at the age of nine years.

It Is With deep gratitude to God that I write to express my joy for His blessings, which have sustained me throughout my life. Over the years I have enjoyed reading, and have been enriched by, the testimonies others have so lovingly shared.
Recently I Was intrigued by the following passage from Science and Health: "God never punishes man for doing right, for honest labor, or for deeds of kindness, though they expose him to fatigue, cold, heat, contagion. If man seems to incur the penalty through matter, this is but a belief of mortal mind, not an enactment of wisdom, and man has only to enter his protest against this belief in order to annul it" ( p.
For Some Time I had felt pain in my feet. It hadn't hindered my activity, though, and I had even been able to go cross-country skiing.
Many years ago I found myself extremely depressed. I felt exhausted, yet I was unable to sleep or eat much, and I cried constantly.

I wish to share a healing that has transformed my thinking to a degree I would never have expected. Several years ago I made a commitment to center my life on the study of Christian Science.
