I really came to understand the Bible for the first time through Christian Science; also through it I attained a true concept of God and an understanding of spiritual reality. I began to study Christian Science as a young girl; the books were sent to us from Berlin by relatives, for where we lived, along the Baltic, there were no branch churches and no adherents of Christian Science.
