Man's individuality has its origin in God, good. Since God is the primal cause, the source of all real being, everything emanating from this cause must be as perfect, harmonious, infinite, and eternal as God Himself.
The realization of these truths helped a Christian Scientist to free himself from the erroneous beliefs instilled in him concerning man as perceived by the material senses. They helped him to claim his birthright and eternal heritage of spiritual ideas as a child of God. Before he found Christian Science, he had tried to gain an understanding of his real identity by studying the great philosophers. But this had led only to confusion.
