I became acquainted with Christian Science about 11 years ago, when I returned to Argentina after living in Spain. From the very first day I found Christian Science after walking into a Christian Science Reading Room, I knew it was what I had been looking for. I had been searching for the truth, and Christian Science had all the answers for me, something I had not found in other religions.
I’d like to share a healing I had in August 2022. One morning when I tried to get up, I felt a strong pain that prevented me from moving or standing normally. I was only able to get out of bed a few times that day, and with great effort. I could not reach any of my Christian Science books or publications, so I just prayed. I thought, “Who or what am I? I am the reflection, the expression, of God, good, who is all good and nothing but good; I reflect divine Life and Truth. This is the reality of being and nothing that seems to lack spiritual qualities is real.”
According to Genesis 1:31, “God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good”; therefore, there is only room for harmony in the kingdom of God, and nothing discordant can take place in divine reality. At times, the five physical senses deceive us. For instance, when it is cloudy, it might appear there is no sun even though the sun is always there.
