Testimonies of Healing
I am joyous to be able to tell of the healing power of Christian Science. Since the day I was led to this Science it has never failed me or my loved ones, and at no time have I ever found it necessary to use any material remedy.
With a grateful heart I should like to testify to a wonderful, quick healing through Christian Science. After suffering for a long time from severe cramps in the stomach and vomiting, I consulted a doctor, who diagnosed the trouble as ulcers of the stomach.
Christian Science means everything to me. It has blessed me all my life, and I cannot conceive of existence without it.
I wish to express my unbounded gratitude for Christian Science and all the blessings that I have received from it. My mother began its study when I was about five years old; hence I have no recollection of any other teaching.
This is a humble testimony of gratitude. My humility is due to the understanding of the ever-present, all-powerful God resulting from my study of Christian Science.
Christian Science has been for many years and is now a constant source of comfort and help to me in every way. Before learning of this inspired illumination of Truth, I was a sad, melancholy person.
I have been encouraged and helped each day since I became a member of a Christian Science church. By putting into practice the teachings of Christian Science, my family and I have been abundantly blessed and supplied with many of the finer things in everyday life.
It is with a heart full of gratitude for Christian Science that I wish to share with others the many blessings I have had for over forty years. For several years I was a member of an orthodox church, which I had attended all my life up to the time I became a student of Christian Science.
I am deeply grateful for some understanding of Christian Science. It has brought great joy and wonderful harmony into my life and has been my only physician for the last twelve years.
Nearly twenty years ago a friend asked me to see a Christian Science practitioner about a chronic throat condition. With no thought of being healed, but simply that he might not consider me narrow-minded, I went to see a practitioner.
