Testimonies of Healing

I was never of a religious nature in the sense of church going and Bible reading, still I had faith in a Supreme Being whom I knew not how to reach. I started to read "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy while seeking healing for another.

With deep gratitude I express my appreciation and love of Christian Science. Having been brought up in the orthodox Jewish manner, I had little acquaintance with that Book of books, the Bible.

On page 494 of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mary Baker Eddy we are told that "divine Love always has met and always will meet every human need. " During the past seven years I have had the blessed privilege of proving the truth of this statement many times.

Numberless blessings have come to my family and to me through Christian Science. It has given us a faith which we can use every hour of the day.

Many years ago someone was kind enough to introduce me to the words "Christian Science," and since then I have learned somewhat of their meaning and how to apply the truth in everything that I do; and I have experienced untold blessings therefrom. Financial problems have been solved by obedience to the rules of Christian Science, seeming injustices have been seen as blessings to all concerned, and wrongs have been righted.

I have experienced many wonderful healings through Christian Science, some through the help of a practitioner, and others by applying what understanding I have gained of the healing truth. I am grateful to have learned that if we do not accept an erroneous thought when it first presents itself, then we do not have to suffer from the results of that thought.

Jesus said, "Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. " When Christian Science came into my life I was bowed down with what I now know to be false responsibilities.

I should like to express my gratitude for what Christian Science has done for me. All that I have and am I owe to this Science.

I wish to express gratitude for a recent healing I experienced through the application of Christian Science. We have been interested in this Science for about seventeen years and have had many beautiful healings, but this particular one has made me realize more clearly that there is nothing impossible to God.

Each day I am more grateful to God that I was led to Christian Science, the great truths of which, learned by studying diligently, are helpful in every situation. I should like to tell of the healing which brought me to Christian Science.
