Testimonies of Healing
By testifying to some of the healings we have had in our family, I should like to express my gratitude for all that Christian Science has done for me. When our elder daughter was in the first grade, she was standing before the fireplace when her nightgown and robe caught fire.
Blessings of an abundant nature have been mine through the study and application of Christian Science. I attended a Christian Science Sunday School until I was seventeen years of age, at which time I went into the United States Navy.
Since my first testimony of healing was printed in the Christian Science Sentinel, so much good has flowed into my experience through Christian Science that I feel I must write again in deep gratitude for the greater sense of health, harmony, and security that has come to me as the result of understanding in but a degree Mrs. Eddy's wonderful revelation given us in Science and Health.

" Divine Science rolls back the clouds of error with the light of Truth, and lifts the curtain on man as never born and as never dying, but as coexistent with his creator" (Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy, p.
The power of God's loving and tender care for His children is becoming more and more evident to me as a result of the daily study and practice of the teachings of the Bible and of Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy.
Before I became a student of Christian Science, tonsillitis kept me in bed two or three days each winter. One summer, after having had class instruction, I was attending a college session at a conservation camp in northern Wisconsin when I manifested a severe case of tonsillitis.
I should like to tell of two widely different experiences that have given me great confidence in trying times throughout the years. The first was a demonstration I had wanted to make myself: a test case.
