Testimonies of Healing

It is with joy that I acknowledge the protective, healing, and regenerating power of Christian Science. I am grateful to have been reared in Christian Science.

I have had many healings in Christian Science, but there is one in particular I should like to write about. A few years ago I slipped on some ice and struck my chin on the concrete curb.

Christian Science came to me twenty-two years ago when I was ready to commit suicide. My first marriage had been a very unhappy one.

Christian Science has always been my best friend, and it continues to be. No matter what problem presents itself, a satisfactory answer may be found in the teachings of this Science.

It is a great privilege to express my gratitude for Christian Science. I was not always aware that the expressions of gratitude are steppingstones to a larger understanding of God.

These words of Jesus ( Matt. 10:8 ), "Freely ye have received, freely give," made me realize that I have received many blessings for which I have not expressed my gratitude.

I am very grateful for the joyous experience of having been reared in Christian Science. An outstanding healing came into my life when I was ten years of age.

I should like to testify to the joy and inspiration that have come to me through the study and application of Christian Science. It has met my every need since 1933.

In the Bible we read ( Ex. 23:20 ), "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.
