For over fifty years I have been receiving great blessings due to the knowledge of Christian Science which I have gained over that period of time. I came into this Science through my mother's healing of grief and of various physical difficulties which had kept her in ill-health for many years. Since that time, through this wonderful religion, I have had numerous healings of illness; financial problems have been solved; and many improvements in character have taken place.
I wish especially to give thanks for the help and comfort I received through Christian Science at the time of the passing of my husband over ten years ago. His passing was unexpected and very sudden, but I was able to remain calm and to attend to all the necessary details arising at that time.
I had been closely associated with my husband in our business for many years, and I continued in the firm with other partners, who proved to be most kind, considerate, and honest in our associations with one another. After selling my house, I secured one better fitted for my small family, although this was at a time when houses were difficult to find.
