Testimonies of Healing
I am very grateful to God to be able to testify to the healing power of Christian Science. When Science was first presented to me I had just returned to my work after months of idleness due to a nervous breakdown.

When Christian Science was called to my attention I was out of employment and we were burdened with financial problems. At the recommendation of my sister, I began the study of Science and Health by Mrs.
On page 13 of the Christian Science textbook, "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures," Mary Baker Eddy writes, "Love is impartial and universal in its adaptation and bestowals. " I am happy to relate my experiences in Christian Science in order that others may share the blessing of universal Love.
After hearing a lecture on Christian Science, I earnestly began its study. I felt that it could do for me all that the lecturer promised.
It is with the deepest gratitude for Christian Science that I relate the following healing of our small son. One morning when I was getting him ready for school he said he wanted to lie down because of severe pains in his head and legs.
" Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else. " God's promise, voiced by the prophet Isaiah, has been fulfilled in my experience through the study of Christian Science.
For the last twelve years, Christian Science has meant everything to me. My first healing was of scrofulous glands, from which I had suffered throughout my childhood.
It is with profound gratitude to God for the healing power of Christian Science and the joy it has brought to our household that I offer the following testimony. Today we sing with the Psalmist: "Bless the Lord, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name.
For twenty years I have received the blessings to be derived from the teachings of Christian Science, and I should like to share the following testimony. I was brought up in a strict New England home in which the verdicts of human will and discipline were enforced to a great extent, resulting in a somewhat unhappy childhood.
